1 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
1 2/3 CUPS SUGAR
2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON CARAWAY SEEDS (OPTIONAL)

Directions:
WORK BUTTER UNTIL CREAMY. ADD SUGAR GRADUALLY WHILE BEATING CONSTANTLY. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. WHEN MIXTURE IS WELL CREAMED, FOLD IN FLOUR UNTIL ALL IS WELL COMBINED. TURN INTO BUTTERED AND FLOURED LOAF PAN.BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 1 TO 1 HOURS
