2 cups pecan halves
1 egg white
˝ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix egg white and sugar. Coat pecans with mixture and cook 15 minutes on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Loosen from pan and let cool.
