1 lbs. ground beef
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
cup chopped onions
ccup sliced ripe olives
salt and pepper to taste
can sliced mushrooms
1 lb. 13 oz. can tomatoes
1 cup cubed sharp cheese
16 oz. can tomatoes-chopped
5 oz. package wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef; add onions, salt and pepper and cook until tender. Put mixture in large saucepan. Add tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, cubed cheese and noodles to mixture. (I always cook noodles until they are tender prior to adding). Cover and simmer 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Pour mixture into a 3-quart baking disk and top with shredded cheese (more cheese is always good). Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Great with salad and boiled corn.
