8 c. torn lettuce
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
c. sliced radishes
1/3 c. wine vinegar
c. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. mustard
2 hard boiled eggs sliced
2/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
paprika & salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lettuce, radishes, green onions, egg slices, parsley flakes and cheese in large serving bowl. Whisk together vinegar and mustard for dressing. Add olive oil, a little at a time, so that dressing comes together well. Season with paprika and salt. Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly and serve.
