15 oz can green peas, drained
1 medium onion, diced
14.5 oz can French-style green beans, drain
2 oz jar pimentos, cut up
1 cups sugar
15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup vinegar
cup salad oil (do not use olive oil)
1 cup celery, diced
2 tsp. water
cup green pepper, diced
tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix peas, green beans, corn, celery, green pepper, onion and pimentos together. In a separate mixing bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, water and paprika. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Pour liquid mixture over vegetables. Chill 24 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon. Keeps in refrigerator for up to a week. Serves 15.
