1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, frozen 1 (11 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (11 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. diced onion 1 c. Minute Rice 1-1/2 c. favorite cheese (optional)
Mix all above ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350º.
