6 eggs
2 1/2 C sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 C buttermilk
1 large can coconut


Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs well.
Add sugar slowly and continue to beat mixture until sugar is dissolved.
Mix in vanilla, lemon juice and buttermilk.
Add coconut and stir well.

Divide mixture evenly between two unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
