3 eggs beaten (may use Egg Beaters©)
1 stick butter, melted
1 c coconut
1 c sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 8" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and pour ingredients into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º until firm, about an hour.
3 recipes will make 2 large 9" pies.

Serve hot or refrigerate and top with whipped cream
