1 beef tenderloin

1/4 C chopped onion

2 T. butter

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

2 T. soy sauce

3/4 C. Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter.

In separate bowl, combine mustard, soy sauce and sherry, put aside.

Place tenderloin in shallow pan, spread sauteed onions over meat.

Bake 20 min. at 400.

Pour marinade over meat, bake another 20 min. at 400.
