1 small leg of lamb, boned and butterflied

1 onion, cut up

1 T. chopped rosemary

3 large cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 C. soy sauce

1/4 C. balsamic vinegar

1/4 C. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from lamb.

Combine onion, rosemary, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and olive oil in blender jar. Blend until pureed.

Place lamb in 9x13" glass dish. Add rosemary mixture and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.

BBQ on hot grill approximately 45 minutes, until inside temperature reaches 130 to 140 at thickest part of meat for rare.
