Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 Medium chopped onion
10 strips bacon
30 med to large mushrooms- save Stems (chopped)

1 1/2 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 c. mayo
dash salt seasoned

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the chopped onion with the cheddar cheese, add mayo, then add the chopped stems to mix. Scoop mixture into each mushroom and bake at 350 for 30 minutes till lightly brown.
