1 lb Italian Sausage
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Medium Onion
Garlic Clove, crushed and chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up links or form small sausage balls from patty sausage start cooking in a frying pan. Cut peppers and onions into strips. When your sausage is almost cooked through, add the peppers, garlic and onions. Cook until the sausage is cooked and the vegetables are tender crisp. Eat as is, or use as a filling on a steak roll for a hot sandwich.

This is a very easy, very tasty dish. We make it to eat at home and while camping. Use Italian sausage for the best flavor.
