4 lb. spareribs 2 medium onions, sliced 1/2 c. ketchup 1 c. water 1 tsp. salt 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 T. vinegar 1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
Cut ribs in small pieces and brown on top of the stove. Place in baking pan or roaster and spread onions on top of them. Mix other ingredients together and pour over the ribs. Bake for 2 hours at 350º. I cover with foil while baking. Can also substitute chicken or pork chops.
