1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/3 c. water
3/4 c. uncooked white rice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix soup, water, and rice in baking dish. Sprinkle with as much pepper as you would like, depending on taste. Top with thawed, cleaned chicken and sprinkle with additional pepper.

Cover with foil and bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked and chicken no longer pink. Top with cheese.

(Optional: Add veggies or any other ingredient you can come up with to soup mixture before adding chicken.)
