2 c. sprouted wheat.
2 c. steamed barley or millet
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. peanut or
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. thyme, sage &seasoning salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbls cashew butter

Directions:

Mix together well and shape into patty and quickly brown on both sides. Serve on bun or with gravy.

Bill decided to name a Flaffel ( that you can buy at the health food store)Buger a Willie Burger. Because Willie cooked us something similiar to this at Merisa's. They really are good. This could be called a Willie Burger. Handy when you're out of hamburger meat.
