2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots

Cream cheese icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Sift flour and sift again with other dry ingredients. Add eggs and mix. Add oil and mix. Fold in grated carrots. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For icing combine ingredients until smooth. Add pecans last. Ice when cool.
