6 lbs Brisket
olive oil
garlic
2 small onions
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar or cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Brisket in olive oil. Remove. Sautee onions and garlic. Add all ingredients to the mix. Add the meat back.
Bake sealed at 350 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. (Last 1/2 hour sliced)
