1/3 cup of cooking oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1 large egg, beaten
2 cups uncooked rolled oats
1 1/3 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, sugar and egg. Add oats, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Serve with warm milk and brown sugar if desired.

Variations: Sprinkle cinnamon on top before baking.
Add raisins to mixture
Layer peeled and sliced apples on bottom of casserole dish before adding mixture
