Crust:
3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1/4 c. cold water

Apple pie filling:
5 large or 7 small apples pared and sliced
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. fruit fresh or lemon juice

Caramel sauce:
30 caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Cream cheese topping:
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and sugar, cut in the butter. Add oil, water and egg and mix crust together. Roll out and place on a large cookie sheet with sides. (9x13" or bigger.)

Mix the apple pie filling ingredients together and top the crust with the mixture evenly.

Melt the caramels and evaporated milk together. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the apple mixture.

Beat the egg, sugar and cream cheese together until smooth and then spoon the topping between the caramel sauce on the apples. Sprinkle with walnuts and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
