1 loaf italian bread - sliced
1 can minced garlic or fresh
4-5 vine ripe tomatoes - garlic
Bunch basil - fresh- chopped
1 fresh mozzarella ball - sliced
Olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Slice bread, tomatoes, mozzarella. Top bread with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, salt and pepper.
Cook until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. About 8 - 10 min.
