8-10 Med - Lg Potatoes
1c. cooked crumbled bacon
1c. diced olives
1/2 c. diced onions
Jar of Hellmans Mayonnaise (or comparable, NOT salad dressing
cheddar cheese
9x13 greased roasting pan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Potatoes & beacon set potatoes aside to cool.
Dice bacon use 1/2 to layer bottom of greased roasting pan. Season with what ever seasoning you like. Spread Mayonnaise over top, then spread 1/2 of the olives & onions over the top, top with cheddar cheese and repeat. Cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes. This is microwaveable.
This is great for picnics, or with your favorite dinner
