Peach Pie Recipe

2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
6 cups sliced peaches (6-8 medium peaches)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp butter

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl
Stir in peaches and lemon juice
Turn into pastry-lined pie plate
Dot with butter
Cover with top pastry and cut slits, seal and flute
Cover edge of pie with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning
Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking
Bake @ 425 for 45 minutes
Cool pie on wire rack

I use Betty Crocked pie crust mix for all my pies, 1 package is good for 2 crust pies

You can substitute 6 cups frozen slced peaches, partially thawed and drained, for the fresh peaches
