4 medium potatoes, sliced 4 inches thick
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oilve oil
2 tsp dried rosemary crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave potatoes for 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
While potatoes are cooking; in a large skillet toass and brown chicken, with olive oil and garlic over a high heat for about 5 minutes. Add potatoes and rosemary and toss until potatoes are lightly brown. Season with salt and pepper.
