6 haddock or cod fillets - thawed,
1/2 cup lime juice,
1/2 cup flour,
2 tbsp taco seasoning,
3 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine fish and lime juice; seal bag and turn to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, taco seasoning. Drain fillets; coat with flour mixture.
2. In a large skillet, cook fillets in oil over medium- high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
