1/2 pound of ground beef
1/2 pound of sausage
1- 8 oz. tomato sauce
1 c water
1 Tbl chili powder
1/2 teas ground cumin
1/2 teas salt
8 corn tortillas
salad oil
1 c cheese grated
1/2 c onion
1 c sour cream

Brown meats and add sauces and spices. Fry the tortillas in oil. Layer the the tortillas with the meat sauce, onions, cheese and olives and repeat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Serve with sour cream.
