4 breasts
1 T. oil
2 t. cornstarch
2/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 c. orange marmalade
toasted slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten and saute breasts in butter about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken. Dissolve cornstarch in juice, stir Heinz sauce and marmalade. Pour into skillet, heat, stirring till hot and thick. Return chicken to skillet.Spoon sauce over. Garnish with almonds.
