2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk

FILLING
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
12 T Marshmallow Fluff ( heaping)
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet, being sure to leave room for spreading. Bake at 425 for 7- 8 minutes. Cookies are done when firm to the touch. Cool thoroughly.

FILLING
Beat together all ingredients until mixed thoroughly. Keep refrigerated until cookies are cool. Then generously spread filling between 2 cookies, making a sandwich. ( you want it pretty thick)
