2 avocados (make sure they are ripe!)
lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp chopped onion (can substitute tomato or use both or none)
tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Few splashes green Tabasco sauce (optional)
4 oz. crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the avocados into halves. Remove the seeds and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl. Use a fork to mash. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Add crumbled feta cheese to guacamole mixture. Add pepper and Tabasco to taste. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
