1 1/2 c. crab meat
1/4 c margarine, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp/ curry powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine and flour in saucepan and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and stir with wire whip until thickened. Add salt, curry powder and cheese until melted. Gradually add egg yolks. Add crab meat. Beat egg whites and gently fold into the crab mixture. Bake in ungreased baking dish (set in hot water) at 300 for 60 - 65 minutes.
