1 Bag of Mixed Salad Greens
3/4 cup Walnuts
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 Granny Smith Apple, chopped
1/4 of Red Onioin, sliced thinly
Marie's Raspberry Vinarigette

Directions:
Directions:
1. Candy the walnuts, by cooking them slowly in a nonstick pan while sprinkling them with sugar. Cook until sugar melts, cool on a plate.
2. Mix together all ingredients except salad dressing.
3. Add salad dressing, toss and serve.

This is our daughter Madeline's recipe. Measurements are not exact. You can add more or less feta cheese, apples, onions or walnuts depending on your tastes or how hearty you want the salad to be. If you want a stronger taste, you can use blue cheese instead of feta cheese.
