4 diced chicken breasts
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 can cream of chicken
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
3/4 cup shredded cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the chicken in a skillet and set aside. Mix the cream of chicken, sour cream, cheese and green onions. Add the chicken and pour into a 9x9 pan. Mix the last three ingredients and sprinkle over the chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Serve over rice.
