Ingredients:  
5 to 6 small squash, sliced
1 egg, slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and onion until tender. Mash and add butter, egg, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 of bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish and top with cheese and remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 until cheese browns lightly.
