3 Chicken Breasts

Garlic

Salt

Pepper

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 C. Jack Cheese, grated

1 dz. Flour Tortillas

Cilantro; washed and minced

3 Green Onions; chopped

1 large can Green Enchilada Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season chicken with garlic, salt and pepper.

2. Cook chicken in fry pan and shred while cooking.

3. Spread cream cheese down the middle of a tortilla.

4. Put chicken on top of cream cheese and sprinkle with cilantro.

5. Roll up tortilla and place in a pan sprayed with Pam.

6. Once all enchiladas are made, pour sauce on top of enchiladas.

7. Sprinkle with Jack cheese and green onions.

8. Bake at 350 covered with foil until melted and bubbling.
