1 lg. onion, diced
1 T oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 can Progresso Black Beans with liquid
1 T sugar (I put a little more than that)
1 T white vinegar (I also put more, to taste)
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 small can pimentos, diced and drained
bay leaves
oregano
cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil until transparent. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add additional sugar, wine or vinegar for your taste if needed. Season with bay leaves, oregano, and cumin to taste. Simmer 30-35 minutes.
