2 boneless pork chops (1/2- 3/4 inch thick)
1 package of ham
1 jar sandwich slice kosher dill pickles (the fresh ones from the refrigerated section)
1 package swiss cheese slices
Dijon mustard
soft sub roll or soft french roll
butter

Directions:
Directions:
cook pork. Spread mustard on both sides of sliced sub roll. Put one layer of pickles on the bottom side of the sub roll. Then put pork on top. then a couple slices of ham. Then layer with slices of swiss. Grill on a skillet. Make sure you butter the skillet and smash the sandwich as thin as you can while grilling it. Do both sides. Enjoy!
