31/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. crisco
1 c. hot water

1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1 package yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water in a bowl. In another bowl, beat egg, salt, and sugar. Add yeast water. Beat for 2 min. and then add to the ingredients under step I. Mix all ingredients together. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and refrigerate tightly covered. Make into rolls, rise until doubled. Cook at 375 for 12 minutes.
