Dressing:
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. sugar
3 T. ketchup
2 T. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. finely chopped onion

Salad:
1(9-oz.) package fresh baby spinach
1 c. fresh bean sprouts
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Directions:

For the Dressing:
combine olive oil, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and onion in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.

For the Salad:
Combine the spinach, bean sprouts, eggs, bacon, green onions and water chestnuts in a large bowl and toss well. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
