4-6 Yams
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 can frozen orange juice concentrate ( frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil yams, peel & slice into rounds.
Melt butter in fry pan.
Add sugar & OJ & cook until caramelized.
Add yams & Heat to coat.

Add cream is desired.
