4 T. pine nuts
2 T. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t. fresh minced garlic
2 t. chopped fresh herbs ( basil is good )
Pinch of cayenne
salt & pepper
2 6 oz. halibut fillets

Egg & water

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & pepper fish
Dip in egg & water mixture.

Mix together nuts, Parmesan , garlic , herbs & cayenne.
Carefully pat mixture over surface of each fillet. Bake & 450 for approx. 12 min.
