2 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
3 c. raw diced apples
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in apples. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan 35-45 minutes at 350. Serve warm with whipped cream.
