1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
3 oz. chipped beef, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper
2 T. minced onions
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients, pour in pyrex pie plate. Bake 20 minutes @ 350. Serve with crackers or toasted rye bread.
