2 pounds shrimp, the larger the better.
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsps. finely chopped garlic
2 tbsps. finely chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tbsps. fine bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the broiler to high. Clean and butterly shrimp and pat dry. Add the remaining ingredients to shrimp and toss to coat evenly.

Arrange shrimp on a baking dish lined with foil.
Place shrimp 3 to 4 inches under broiler and broil 5 - 6 minutes.
