2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp. whole allspice
12 whole cloves
1/4 c. maple syrup
2 T. lemon juice
1 c. gold rum
Orange slices, studded with cloves
Lemon slices, studded with cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Tie cinnamon, allspice and cloves in small cheesecloth bag. Mix cider, maple syrup and lemon juice in large saucepan; add spice bag. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove spice bag, stir in rum. Garnish with orange and lemon slices.
