1 cup butter 2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1 tsb salt 1 tsb vanilla 1/2 tsb baking soda 1 large bag Puff popcorn 1 cup salted peanuts
Spray 2 - 9x13 pans - put lg bag of puff popcorn in pans. Add peanuts. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add soda and vanilla; mix well. Pour over popcorn - coat well. Bake at 250º for 30-45 minutes tuning every 15 minutes.
