1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced peameal bacon
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
2 tbsp, bread crumbs
1 beef boullion cube dissolved in 1 c. hot water with 1 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except bacon and cube, butter & water) together. Roll a small amount of this mixture in a slice of bacon and fasten with toothpicks. Place in a sprayed or oiled low, wide pan and brown on top of stove. Add water, cube and butter and bake in a 300 oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
