1 Lb. Powdered Sugar
8 oz. coconut
2 large Baked Potatoes ( peeled and mashed )
2 Large Hershey Chocolate Bars
1 c. Sliced Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine powdered sugar, coconut and mashed potatoes in large bowl until smooth. Pour into 8in. glass baking pan. Breakup chocolate bar and place in microwaveable bowl microwave on high until melted. ( aprox 2-3 min. ). Sprinkle almonds on top of potato,sugar and coconut mixture in baking dish. Pour melted chocolate over almonds. Chill to set.
