6 eggs
1/12 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
3 TBS sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 lb butter
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
2-4 TBS brown sugar

Raspberry Sauce:
1 16 oz. package frozen raspberries
1/8 cup Grand Marnier

Preheat oven to 425F. In a blender mix eggs milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon until well blended. Melt butter in a 12 inch quiche dish or 9 X 13 pan in oven. Add apples to dish and place in oven for several minutes, only until butter sizzles. Do not let brown. Remove from oven and pour batter over the top. Sprinkle with brown sugar and additional cinnamon if you wish. Bake 20 minutes until puffed and brown. Serve warm with melted butter and confectioners sugar or with raspberry sauce.
Raspberry Sauce: Combine raspberries and Grand Marnier and blend well.
