3 whole chicken breast or 6 halves
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 TBS curry powder (extra hot)
2-4 TBS soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken skin side down (please remove the skin) in 9 X 13 baking dish in one layer. Mix marinade by combining honey, mustard, curry powder and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and refrigerate overnight. Cover dish with plastic wrap. Before baking remove wrap, turn chicken breasts over, cover dish with foil and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Uncover,baste and continue baking for 15 minutes or until done.

Good on the grill; I use skinless, boneless when grilling chicken will cook in about 20 minutes over a medium flame
