1 7 lb beef tender
3/4 lb butter or margarine
3 Tbsp catsup
3 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
3 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Season tender with salt and pepper and roast in preheated 400 oven 30 minutes for rare tender. When done, trim off fat, slice and place on warm platter. About 10 minutes before tender is done, start mixing your sauce. Mix all ingredients except butter in sauce pan; then add butter and stir it around in condiments over low heat until butter is melted and the sauce is smooth. Don't overheat it or it will curdle. Pour the sauce over the sliced tender and serve.
