1 lb ground beef 1/2 lb. Italian sausage 1 large chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery 1 green pepper chopped (opt..) 1 qt. stewed tomatoes 1 qt. water 2-3 sliced carrots 1 T. parsley 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce 2 c. beef broth 1/2 t. basil leaves 1 t. oregano 1/2 t. Italian seasoning 1/4 t. pepper 1/2 t. garlic salt
1 can garbanzo beans 1 can green beans 1 can pinto or kidney beans drained
1 1/4 c. Rigitoni noodles
Brown burger, sausage , onion, peppers,& celery. Drain off fat.
In large soup pot: Add browned ingredients, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, & all spices. Boil 20 min.
Add: Remaining ingredients. Simmer.
30 min. before serving : Add rigatoni & cook until done
